I regularly defends and prosecutes partnership and closely held business disputes, in cases arising from both extremely complex joint venture agreements between partners or shareholders to more informal defacto arrangements between business friends. I will diligently examine any operating agreement, corporate by-laws, and other documents in order to resolve clients’ disputes.
